The article considers the issues of improving the functioning of the national market of transport services by improving efficiency and competitiveness of domestic industrial and transportation complex in the logistics system. The analysis of the state of the domestic transportation market and the necessity of application of logistics principles in the interaction of production and transport in the logistics chain. The effect of the weather condition and fertilization and planting stock of hop that was got by vegetative method and by biotechnological method on a-acids in hop cones was researched. These condotions have important effect on bitter compounds accumulation in stage of cones formation and in stage of cones ripening. The a-acids content in cones was different in years of investigation. The a-acids content in a plant that was got vegetative method were increased to 3.6-4.6 % under fertilization effect. This index in plants that was got in vitro was optimized to 4.3-7.1%.

The article covers a problem of proof in criminal procedure of Ukraine. A substantial part, which is assumed to be fundamental in criminal procedure, appears to be proof. The main elements in proof are its facts at issue, which include circumstances to be established concerning each specific criminal proceeding. While pre-trial investigation and court action circumstances in proof are supplemented and specified in relation to certain offence. This article examines the influence of music on emotional state. Results of the study show that the background music during physical education classes have a positive effect on psychological and functional status (health, activity and mood) students of NAU. It was found that the selection of music to physical education classes should take into account students' musical tastes and tempo music. It is proved that at the end of classes in music, most students felt a surge of strength, enthusiasm, optimism, indicating the effective removal through music of emotional stress to students that they receive the training.
